Bungwe la World Health Organization (WHO) latulutsa malangizo omwe amalimbikitsa kuti anthu asamagwiritse ntchito zotsekemera zopanda shuga (NSS) pochepetsa thupi.
NSS ndi njira zina zochepetsera shuga m'malo mwa shuga wopanda mafuta ndipo nthawi zambiri zimagulitsidwa ngati njira yothandizira kuchepetsa thupi kapena kukhala ndi thupi labwino. Nthawi zambiri amalimbikitsidwanso ngati njira ina yochepetsera shuga m'magazi mwa anthu omwe ali ndi matenda ashuga.

Komabe, malangizowa sagwira ntchito kwa anthu omwe ali ndi matenda a shuga omwe analipo kale.
